The Le Grand Noir Pinot Noir IGP Pays d’OC 2021 is a red wine from the Languedoc-Roussillon region of France. This wine is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes and is aged in stainless steel tanks before bottling. The resulting wine has a beautiful ruby color with aromas of red fruits such as cherry and raspberry, as well as a hint of spice. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied and elegant with flavors of fresh red fruit and subtle earthiness. The tannins are well-structured and firm, giving the wine a long and smooth finish. This wine pairs well with roasted meats, game, and mild cheeses.
