Hesketh 2021 Ebenezer Shiraz
These wines are a celebration of ‘Place’ and the intricate effect it has on the flavours of this wine. This special release is made to not only embody the Barossa Valley, but to reflect the unique characteristics of the Ebenezer sub region. The 2021 Ebenezer Shiraz is sourced from our Barossa vineyard and is a combination of three separate parcels. Block 8 gives the wine focus and elegance due to the shallower soils in this area of the vineyard, whilst Block 3 is old vine material which provides rich, dark fruit flavours. The plushness of fruit and palate weight is provided from the fruit picked from Block 4. The parcels were harvested on the 22nd of March and fermented at 21 degrees for 9 days in 10T open top fermenters. Malolactic fermentation was completed in tank before being barreled down to new and used French oak Barriques for approximately 18 months maturation prior to bottling.

Catena Zapata Malbec Argentino Encyclopedia Set (2 Bottle)
Argentine Malbec made from the 920m Angélica vineyard, planted about 1930 in Lunlunta, and the 1095m Nicasia vineyard in La Consulta planted in 1996 with cuttings from the Angélica vineyard. Lovely berry fruit ripe yet fresh and remarkable velvety texture and depth of flavour. Fermented and then matured in 225-500 litre barrel for18 months. The label depicts four female figures who represent the variety’s history in France and its rise in Argentina; ten centuries of life, death and rebirth, if you will. Eleanor of Aquitaine represents the birth of malbec. The Immigrant’ symbolizes the movement to the New World. ‘Phylloxera’ personifies the death of malbec. Finally, Adrianna Catena represents Bodega Catena Zapata and the rebirth of malbec in high-altitude plantings in Mendoza, Argentina.

Bombay Sapphire London Dry Gin
BOMBAY SAPPHIRE London Dry Gin is one of the most popular premium gins on the market. This London dry gin is vapour-infused with a hand-picked bouquet of ten botanicals such as Almond, Angelica, Cassia, Coriander, Cubeb Pepper, Grains of Paradise, Juniper Berries, Lemon peel, Licorice, and Orris Root. It’s one of those gins that’s gin but not too flavoured, making it excellent for mixing into any gin cocktail. Aside from its mixable, aromatic flavour, Bombay Sapphire is also reasonably priced, widely available, and instantly recognisable in its eye-catching blue bottle. As a result, it has become a reliable staple in any bar. The Bombay gin is also excellent for introducing individuals to the spirit category because it is not overbearing but quite appealing to any taste. Bombay Sapphire was first introduced in 1986. Inspired by a recipe from 1761, it is a neutral grain spirit that has been triple distilled and infused with botanicals, just like most gins. However, Bombay’s usage of botanicals is unique. Shinjiro overcame numerous hardships to make his dream a reality, creating wine, whisky and brandy, and launching Hermes Gin the first Suntory Gin in the year 1936. Shinjiro and his family continuously pushed his vision with the same challenging spirit, applying the philosophy of “yatte minahare” (go for it), to challenge market conventions and introduce innovative quality spirits for the world. Today, the House of Suntory is proud to introduce Roku, the Japanese craft gin which in Japanese translates to the number six. The creation and perfection of Roku is based on more than 100 years of experience, knowledge and expertise. Every bottle of Suntory Roku Gin contains six very special botanicals that are sourced exclusively in Japan. Sakura flower, Sakura leaf, Sencha tea, Gyokuro tea, Sansho pepper and Yuzu peel are the six main botanicals in Roku Gin. Suntory also developed its own multiple distillation processes to bring out the special features of each botanical and perfectly balance the mix inside Roku Gin.

The Kweichow Moutai is a style of baijiu, which means that it is a distilled Chinese spirit. Yamazaki is Suntory's flagship single malt whisky, from Japan's first and oldest malt distillery. This 12 year old first came onto the market in 1984 and was the first seriously marketed Japanese single malt whisky. Since then, it has acquired something of a cult following, and for good reason! A wonderfully elegant and smooth single malt that’s certainly not lacking in flavour.
Royal Salute 21 Year Old Blue
Royal Salute is a brand of Scotch whisky made by Chivas Brothers who is owned by Pernod Richard. It was founded in 1801 in Aberdeen, Scotland. Royal Salute 21 Years was launched on 2nd June 1953 by Chivas Brothers in tribute to Queen Elizabeth II on the day of her coronation as Queen of England. Royal Salute 21 Years is aged for a minimum of 21 Years and named after the traditional military honour 21-gun salute. Royal Salute brand is unique in that the youngest expression in its range is the 21 Years. For the Queen’s Golden Jubilee in 2002, Royal Salute once again opened its vault to create a 50-year-old whisky for the celebration. Chivas Brothers Master Blender Colin Scott created the Royal Salute Tribute to Honour to mark Queen Elizabeth II’s Diamond Jubilee a decade after the Queen’s Golden Jubilee. 20 Porcelain decanters encrusted with over 400 diamonds were released. In 2015 Chivas Brothers marked yet another royal occasion with the launch of The Royal Salute Age Collection, a limited edition set of 10 blended Scotch whiskies, released to celebrate the Queen’s 63rd year on the throne – the longest reign of any British monarch.

Macallan A Night On Earth In Scotland
The first in a series of annual releases from The Macallan, the wonderfully titled A Night on Earth in Scotland is inspired by Hogmanay, Scotland's New Year's Eve celebration. Created by Macallan lead whisky maker Sarah Burgess, whose memories of Hogmanay were a key influence to the expression, this single malt features whiskies aged in American and European oak sherry seasoned casks, as well as ex-bourbon barrels. Those ex-bourbon barrels have imparted a distinctive helping of vanilla notes to the whisky, an homage to the 'first footer', a custom of Hogmanay where it's supposed to be good luck for a dark-haired person to be the first to visit your home after midnight on New Year. Apparently, the 'first footer' will be carrying shortbread (that's where the vanilla notes we were talking about come into this), whisky, and coal for the fire. A Night on Earth in Scotland features designs by Japanese-French illustrator Erica Dorn, once again inspired by the New Year celebrations around the world.

Balvenie 14 Yrs Caribbean Cask Single Malt Whisky
A terrific single malt from The Balvenie. This Speysider was initially aged in traditional oak casks before it was finished in casks which previously held Caribbean rum, imparting some extra sweetness and warmth to the whiskey. In fact, to create it, Balvenie malt master David C. Stewart made his very own blend of West Indian rums, filled it into casks, and then eventually replaced the rum in said casks with Balvenie's whisky! The fabulous result is a well-rounded whisky with notes of toffee, fruit and vanilla.
