This frizzante (little bubble) Lambrusco shows all those classic flavours of super ripe cherry, raspberry and strawberry with lovely palate density.

It is excellent as an aperitif and goes perfectly with the typical pastry and desserts of Emilia. Ruby red with purple reflections. Spritzy, light, fruity and floral with nuances of roses and underbrush and small red fruit. A semi-sweet and very pleasant wine with a distinctive raspberry taste.

TASTING NOTES

Taste: Fresh, light, with a strong fruity aroma of strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, etc. High
acidity and gentle tannins make it very easy to drink.

Wine body: Light-bodied, relatively light, and suitable for pairing with traditional Italian cuisine
such as pizza, pasta, and yogurt cake.
