Delivery & Shipping

Tracking
You may track your parcels via this link; Logistic Partner. Gaia Premium reserves the right to choose the best logistic partner/method from time to time to ensure high quality delivery services are met.

Please note that damaged goods and delivery errors must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. If your order has been packed incorrectly and is not what you have been invoiced for, we will arrange for the replacement and/or return.

Packing
Your items are secured into field-tested air-sacs that are then fitted tightly into cardboard boxes to be shipped to you.

Methods & Rates
We just allowed delivery only.

Shipping rates are based on weight.
*Free delivery only applies to Peninsular (West) Malaysia. Deliveries to East Malaysia will still be charged for delivery fees.

Lead Time
Shipping will take up between 3 to 7 working days depending on location.

Insurance
While we do not anticipate any form of mishaps, we strongly encourage high-valued products (above RM800 per-shipment) to include insurance in the events of unforeseen circumstances. Please do reach out to us should you require insurance for your purchase.
