Macallan Edition No.1-6 Collection
It may be hard to imagine today, but for much of the 20th century, Macallan was primarily a constituent malt in blends. It was not until the 1980s downturn in the market that the distillery decided to focus on its single malt brand.

The Macallan Home Collection, The Distillery celebrates our time-honoured traditions and community spirit – both encapsulated at The Macallan Distillery and around the world. Inspired by the natural beauty of The Macallan’s 485-acre Estate, artist and The Macallan employee Colin Rizza has beautifully depicted the Distillery in watercolour.

The Balvenie 25 Year Old is an exquisite Speyside single malt Scotch whisky, part of the distillery’s ‘Rare Marriages’ series, a collection of three distinct whiskies, including The Balvenie Thirty and The Balvenie Forty.

The Macallan Sherry Oak 25 years old forms part of our Sherry Oak range which features a series of single malt whiskies matured exclusively in hand-picked sherry seasoned oak casks from Jerez for richness and complexity. This special single malt delivers an intensely rich and full flavour character, citrus, dried fruits and wood smoke.

A perfectly balanced single malt matured for 30 years in sherry seasoned American and European oak casks. The Double Cask Collection tells the story of an incredible wood journey, from the vast green forests of northern Spain and the French Pyrenees and the lush forests of Ohio, Missouri and Kentucky, to create the perfect harmony.

KAVALAN Distillery Select No.2. Kavalan’s Distillery Select series showcases the fine art of blending and the exquisite cask selection of Taiwan’s premier distillery. This expression No. 2 is an enticingly smooth drop, deeply aromatic with an irresistible floral and herbal complexity that delivers the delicious tranquility of the forest.

KAVALAN Distillery Select No.1. This release from Kavalan is the first single malt from the brand to be created for mixing cocktails. This series called Distillery Select Series was crafted by master blender, Ian Chang. The whisky is matured “in select malt neutral casks” to showcase the characteristics of the Taiwanese climate without too much wood influence.

KAVALAN Concertmaster Port Cask Finish Gift Pack. In ancient time, the land around Yilan in Taiwan was called Kavalan, a mysterious land that was solely inhabited by the indigenous people of th Kavalan clan.

The name was the Chin dynasty in the year of 1809 when the original city was also built under the same name.

Established in 2005, Kavalan is Taiwan’s first whisky maker and the nation’s only family-owned whisky distillery. Kavalan takes the old name of Yilan county where the distillery is located in northeastern Taiwan. The pure water and fresh air make this part of the subtropical island the ideal environment for the production of whisky.

Macallan Harmony Collection Fine Cacao is a concept that came from Casa Cacao, a boutique chocolate workshop founded by Jordi Roca, dessert chef at Spain’s three-Michelin star “El Celler de Can Roca” and Macallan’s longtime partner. Polly Logan, a Macallan whisky maker, has travelled to Spain on a deep flavour tour to discover a whole new world of cocoa.

The packaging is made from cocoa fruit shells, which are otherwise not used. It is 100% recyclable.

The third release in the Harmony Collection has been created in collaboration with Stella and Mary McCartney to celebrate the lush, fertile lands of Scotland that connect all those who have stood upon them for generations.

The Tomatin 14-Year-Old is soft, smooth and sweet, benefiting from its time spent in Tawny Port casks which previously held port for around 50 years. Rich but balanced aromas of red berries, sweet honey and rich toffee develop into aspects of light fruits and nuts on the palate and an abiding finish of smooth fruit salad.

• Aroma: Highly aromatic, this dram opens with a nutty, salty smoke with milk chocolate and leathery tobacco. The Oloroso casks have shaped this whisky with a rich syrupy orange and grapefruit citrus, along with hints of clove and cinnamon with walnut and praline.

• Colour: Golden Hebridean sands
• Aroma: Initial impressions are of sweet nutty smoke, loaded with barley sugar and ripe fruit. Syrupy apricot and ripe pear along with malty vanilla notes of barley flour and Crème Brulee, honey and tablet. The American oak brings coconut, almonds and charred oak.

Aged in fine Spanish Oloroso wood and American oak to mature this rich, this is an intriguingly fruity and robust oak expression, but there are many more reasons why this expression is special. Every batch is individually numbered and carefully watched over. Each has extraordinary consistency and character from an intense marrying period, and a warming, distinguished finish.

Glenfiddich 15 Year Old is a Scotch whisky categorized as one of the best single malts in the world. It has a 40% Alcohol By Volume (ABV) and a volume of 70 cl. This whisky is a 15-year-old golden-colored scotch single malted whiskey. It is produced by the Glenfiddich distillery, one of Scotland’s remaining distilleries capable of maintaining its innovative tradition.
