Made from 100% Nebbiolo, the grapes are sourced from vineyards across the villages of La Morra, Verduno, and Serralunga d’Alba- a very traditional approach. They’re then harvested between the 5th and 20th of October and fermentation lasts about 15 days at 28°C. The wine ages for at least two years in oak and one year in bottle before release.
