Remy Martin XO is a blend of 85% Grande Champagne and 15% Petite Champagne.

Rémy Martin XO is made with a blend of Ugni Blanc, Folle Blanche, and Colombard grapes. The cognac is then aged in oak barrels for at least ten years. This ageing process allows the flavours of the different grape varieties to meld together and develop complex notes of vanilla, caramel, and spice.
