The Yealands Clearwater Cove Sauvignon Blanc 2021 is a refreshing and crisp white wine, made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown in New Zealand’s Marlborough region. The wine has a pale straw color, with aromas of citrus, passionfruit, and freshly cut grass. On the palate, the wine is light-bodied, with flavors of grapefruit, lime, and passionfruit. The finish is clean and bright, with a slight mineral note. This wine pairs well with seafood, salads, and light appetizers.

TASTING NOTES

Appearance: Pale lemon colour with many green hues.

Aroma: The aromatic profile is gratifying gushes white blossom, grapefruit, gooseberry, passion fruit and a hint of wet gravel.

Palate: It has an incredibly intense flavour with crispy acidity and a light body. The aftertaste is epic with crystal fresh tropical fruit. Yes, it is a blockbuster!
