The Mas des Tannes Les Tannes En Occitanie Sauvignon Blanc 2016 is a crisp and refreshing white wine made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown in the Languedoc-Roussillon region of France. The wine has a pale yellow color with a nose bursting with aromas of citrus, green apple, and a hint of floral notes. On the palate, the wine is light and refreshing, with flavors of lemon, lime, and a touch of minerality. The acidity is well-balanced, providing a clean and refreshing finish. This wine pairs perfectly with seafood, salads, and light pasta dishes.

TASTING NOTES

Apperance: Bright pink in the glass.

Aroma: Wonderfully expressive black currant, black cherry, physalis and mango, other fruity undertones.

Palate: Dry, balanced, wonderfully light and crisp, wonderfully fresh and lively on the palate because of its concise fruity acidity, again, notes physalis and carom.
