The entire concept of the Great Australian Red, is about the sum of its parts being greater than the individual components. This wine is comprised of fruit from immaculate vineyards, located in the very best sub-regions, from an outstanding vintage, made by some of Australia’s greatest winemaking talent, with the finest oak and small batch facilities at their disposal.

TASTING NOTES

Appearance: Deep dark dense red with vibrant scarlet hues.

Aroma: Blackberry and cherry, seamless with great complexity.

Palate: Violets, red currants and darker black fruits, with hints of herbs and chocolate. Fragrant, well balanced with fine Cabernet tannins driving through the fruit sweetness of the shiraz.
